Online Voter Registration

Yes, Nevada has Online Voter Registration. Need NV drivers’ license or ID. You can register online here.

Voter ID

Nevada has no voter ID requirements.


Nevada does have “no-excuse” vote-by-mail. You your ballot request must be received no later than 5:00 p.m., 7 days prior to Election Day. Your ballot must be received by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day.

Early Voting

Nevada has in-person early voting. Early voting begins on the Third Saturday prior to Election Day and ends the Friday prior to Election Day. Early voting is located at Locations designated by County Clerk. More information early voting is available here.

Automatic Voter Registration (Motor Voter)

Nevada has no Automatic Voter Registration.

Minor Pre-Registration

Nevada allows voters to pre-register at the age of 17.
